What is a credit?
Time is money! A credit is an hour of travel time, whatever endpoint you are using. For example, a 1 hour isochrone = 1 credit. A 2 hour travel time matrix = 2 credits.
Credits per minute?
The amount a plan allows you to do per minute. 60 credits per minute? That could be 60x 1 hour isochrones per minute. Or it could be 30x 2 hour travel time matrices per minute.
Locations per search?
The amount of locations you can include in a travel time matrix search. For example the travel times from 1 origin to 500 destinations = 500 locations per search.
What happens if I hit my credits per minute?
If you hit your credits per minute, any subsequent requests you send in that minute will return an error. Your allowance will reset the following minute.
Will I be charged overage if I hit my credits per month limit?
No you won't. In the first month that you go over your limits, nothing will happen. In the second month that you go over your limits, subsequent requests will return an error unless you move up to a higher tier.
What if I do not want a tier price?
Pay as you go is for you! This is a popular place to start whilst you work out which tier of usage fits best.
What about map tiles and geocoding?
We give unlimited access to geocoding and map tiles in all our paid plans, for no additional cost.

On all paid plans, the maximum travel time is 4 hours. On the Free plan it is 1 hour.
